Team Order Tips

ONLINE ORDERING

Jerseys are prices include team name and numbers.  Ordering jerseys is an easy process.

ORDER OPTION #1 – Design Your Own

Use the — START DESIGN — button to Design Your Own jersey using the Online Designer by adding Team Roster, Name, Numbers and colors.

  1. Enter the Jersey Color, Sizes in the Online Designer
  2. Add Team Name and Lettering info to Front and Back of jersey
  3. Add Player Names or Clip Art if needed.
  4. ADD TEAM ROSTER
  5. When your design and roster are complete, add your design to cart.
  6. Choose Shipping & Delivery Option
  7. Check out

ORDER OPTION #2 – Add to Sizes to Cart + Lettering order form

Step #1: Choose jersey color and sizes and — ADD TO CART

Step #2: Use the — ADD LETTERING — order form to send your Team Name, Numbers and Lettering colors.

  1. Enter the Jersey Color, Sizes on the product page and add to cart.
  2. Go to the ADD TEAM NAME page and enter your Team Name, Lettering style and Lettering color, Player Numbers
  3. Add Player Names or Team Logo if needed.
  4. Choose Shipping & Delivery Option
  5. Check out

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are reviewed for accuracy before payment is processed.
  • You will be contacted if additional team details are needed.
  • A sales receipt will be sent to the email address provided.
  • All orders receive a jersey sample image proof for approval before production.
  • Tracking info will be sent to your email address when the package ships.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Packages ship via UPS or US Postal Service Priority Mail
  • Team order production time is 7-8 business days after the order is finalized
  • Shipping transit time is 1-3 business days when production is complete
  • Standard Delivery is 2 weeks or less
  • Expedited Delivery options are 7 or 5 business days
  • Uniforms and Jerseys can be delivered sooner than two-weeks upon request.
  • US Military APO/FPO team orders ship via the US Postal Service

JERSEY ORDER INFORMATION

  • Jerseys include Team Name and Numbers and one color printed lettering.
  • Use the Pre-Order Checklist to assemble your team info.
  • Team information can be submitted online 24 hours a day.

• NOTE: Team information can be submitted online or email 24 hours a day.

RE-ORDER or ADDING PLAYERS

Team name lettering designs are saved for future use. The team name design will match the original order using your original order number for reference.  To reorder, either complete a new online order OR reply to your last sales order email with the sizes and numbers for the new players. You will be sent a new sales order.

ORDER NOTES

  • Customized team jerseys are not returnable
  • Unlettered items can be returned.  Returned items are charged a 10% restock fee
  • There is no restock fee on items exchanged for different sizes
  • Shipping is charged for exchanged items
  • We do not offer free sizing samples
  • Size samples can be purchased at regular prices and the cost will be credited to you team order
