Team Orders
All jerseys displayed include team name and player numbers. All orders receive a jersey sample image proof for approval before production. There are no design or set up fees when using the stock team name lettering fonts.
Re-Orders
Team name lettering designs are saved for future use. The team name design will match the original order using your original order number for reference. To reorder, either complete a new online order OR reply to your last sales order email with the sizes and numbers for the new players. You will be sent a new sales order with an online payment link to complete your order.
Jersey Sample Image Proofs

CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM®
CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM® printed lettering is the best heat transfer for athletic uniforms. It is durable and resistant to abrasion and the #1 choice for sports. CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM® player numbers are the industry standard style for player numbers and team names. It is also the best option for a quick delivery and small quantity reorders when players are added to your team.
Dye Sublimation
Dye Sublimation is the process where the jersey fabric and dye’s are fused together during the Printing process. Both the jersey color panels and the jersey lettering are the same single layer as the body of the jersey. Sublimated jerseys are the best option for two color lettering.
Screen Print Lettering
Screen printing is a printing technique whereby a template is used to apply ink onto a jersey to create the team name and numbers. Screen print lettering is available on all jerseys upon request. Sewn Tackle Twill Lettering
Custom sewn tackle twill lettering is available on select baseball jerseys. Tackle Twill lettering is a great option for a classic look and is the same as the professional team use. Please call for a custom Sewn Tackle Twill Quote.
Baseball Cap Embroidery
Our baseball caps include the front cap letters in two color embroidered lettering. The two colors are the main lettering color and the second color is the contrasting outline.
Custom Logos
You can add a team logo on both uniforms and caps. Custom logos can be made in either printed, sublimated, embroidered or sewn tackle twill on all jerseys, uniforms and headwear. Please call for a custom Logo Quote.
Two Color Lettering
Two color jersey lettering is available upon request for CAD-CUT® Thermo-FILM® printed lettering, Screen Print and Sewn Tackle Twill. Two color lettering is included on all Sublimated Jerseys.
Player Names
Player names can be added in all lettering styles in either straight or arched style at an additional cost. Player names are charged per name and there is no limit on letters. We can scale any name to fit on the back of team jerseys.
